Michelle and Rosa are active participants in Coldwell Banker Previews Agent Events, as well as Coldwell Banker’s International Business Conferences, allowing them to not only stay connected to other top producers throughout the world, but also to learn from and hear from some of the leading marketing, sales, and real estate trainers and thought leaders about upcoming trends in real estate sales and marketing.

The Group’s marketing coordinator is a trend-setter in real estate marketing. Recently, she initiated and implemented Zillow’s new tool called Video Walkthrough, making our Group a pioneer in the use of this tool in San Diego.This example drives home how fast and responsive our Group is to embrace the new technology that is available on the market. As advocates for the use of professional photography and videography in real estate, the Serafini Buettner Group has also stepped forward as a sponsor of Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA).
